We only deliver to the United States at this time.

What is your satisfaction guarantee and your return policy?

All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment.

How will my order stay fresh during shipping?

Your items are packed to order so you get the freshest product we have in stock. They are then packaged in thermal wrap built for maintaining cold temperatures and keeping perishable items fresh for more than 48 hours. Your product is shipped and delivered within 24 hours.

Will you ship to a P.O. box?

We cannot deliver to P.O. box addresses.

I live locally, can I come to the ranch to pick up my order?

We love to see our home chefs, but we are a small working ranch and are not yet setup to accommodate pick-ups at the ranch. (A tasting room is in the works though, stay tuned!) However, we have partnered with a few trusted friends so you can make your purchase directly at their shop.

Do you require someone to sign for the package at delivery?

During checkout, you can specify whether to require a signature at delivery or if you choose to waive the signature option on the Shopping Cart page. The box will be left for you if no signature is required. Shipping to your office, doorman, or someone to take delivery is preferable. Please be aware that if you select a signature to be required, it will be up to you to ensure that someone is there to sign for the package. It will be up the shipping company’s discretion whether to leave the package or not.

Do you ship on national holidays?

We can not deliver packages on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are also unable to deliver on Mondays.

What days can I select for delivery?

Tuesday – Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday’s, Sunday’s, or Monday’s. Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 1:30pm PST.

Can I track my order?

We will email you your tracking information after your item is picked up from our facility.
